You don't do the qualifying — we do, on a quick call: size, timeline, and a use that fits the property. New contacts only (someone already talking with CSA doesn't count), and one gift card per prospect or company — if they tour more than one CSA space, the reward is sized to the largest qualifying space toured: $100 under 3,000 SF · $250 from 3,000–12,000 SF · $500 above 12,000 SF. The gift card is earned when the tour happens and goes out within 7 days — it is never contingent on a lease being signed. The program runs through December 31, 2026; qualification is determined by CSA.
